Are your diamonds and gemstones ethically sourced?
All of our diamonds and gemstones are mindfully sourced and are from conflict free regions. We are proud to comply with the Kimberley Process.

Orders and Custom Pieces
All of our pieces are handmade and will take 4 - 6 weeks to ship. Made to order pieces may take longer and will vary depending on the design.
This will also depend on the location of your shipping address. Please Note: Orders will not be shipped until full payment is made.
For rush orders, please contact us directly at info@seintjewellery.com and we will try our best to accommodate at an additional fee.

Seint is also proud to offer our Bespoke collection where you will be able to customise and design your own jewellery piece from beginning to end. We have our very own team that will assist you through the process. You can read more about our Bespoke Jewellery here.

Returns and Exchanges
We offer a 100% money back guarantee within 30 days of receiving the product. Custom made pieces can be returned and a full refund will be offered for the main stone. However, 50% of the cost of the setting will be deducted from the refund of the setting cost. Items may also be exchanged within 30 days of receiving your order.
Engraved pieces may not be returned for exchange or refund. In certain cases, we can offer an exchange for such items but certain regulations will apply.
The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs for exchanges.
Please contact our customer service on info@seintjewellery.com to discuss your return or exchange. Please provide your name, order number and reason for return and we will get back to you as soon as possible!

Repairs and Resizing
We will repair your jewellery pieces free of charge within three months of purchase, in the unlikely instance that damage is caused by manufacturer defect. However, normal wear and tear, improper care or damage caused by misuse will not be covered. For repairs queries please e-mail here info@seintjewellery.com.

We offer free resizing for most of our rings and bracelets. However, if a bracelet is too small, this will entail an additional fee as this would require extra stones or gold.
